FAQ: What are the checks for refunds?

Before requesting a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Refunds must not be submitted within 3 days of the accepted date.
  • You must reveal the driver’s telephone number within 48 hours of the accepted date.
  • Send a second message to ask questions, confirm the booking or confirm the cancellation of the job within 48 hours of the accepted date. We need to see that you have attempted to follow up.
  • Refunds should not be submitted more than 30 days after the accepted date.
