Email alerts are handy for letting you know when there are jobs in your area that you might want to quote on. However, if you rely mainly on Auto Quotes or check your account regularly, you might want to turn them off. This guide explains how.
Step 1
Click ‘edit profile’ in the navigation bar on the left of the screen. Then, click ‘permissions’.
Step 2
Choose your email preferences by clicking ‘yes’ or ‘no’ next to each permission option.
You can change your email preferences at any time. However, switching email alerts off might make winning work through the platform harder. Even if you turn all email options off, you will still be notified when you win a job or a customer messages you because these are considered essential communications.
